- Do you supply and install, or just supply?

We do both. Flash Glass Industry handles everything end-to-end — supply, fabrication, delivery, and professional installation. We can also supply-only for contractors who have their own installation teams.
- How long does a typical installation take?

It depends on the scope. A standard residential balustrade takes 1–2 days. Office partitions for a full floor typically take 3–5 days. We give you a detailed timeline in your quote so there are no surprises.
- Can I get a custom size or design?

Absolutely. Our in-house fabrication workshop can cut, edge, temper, and finish glass to any specification. We also offer custom etching, tinting, and printed glass for unique design requirements.
- Do you work outside Nairobi?

Yes. We have completed projects across all 47 counties — from Mombasa and Kisumu to Nakuru and Eldoret. Transport and site survey costs outside Nairobi are quoted on a project basis.
- What safety standards does your glass meet?

All structural glass is toughened (tempered) or laminated to meet KEBS requirements. Our balustrade systems are designed to BS 6180 loading standards. Safety documentation is available on request.
